CANCELLATION POLICY: Permanent Makeup procedures are time-intensive services. When booking your appointment you are reserving a designated amount of time specifically for you to work with your artist. If you need to cancel for any reason, we require that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the start of your appointment time. This will allow us to be able to offer this time to another client. Although we do not collect a deposit for touch ups if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment time a $50 cancelation fee will be required. As now we do not have time to get a new client in.  If you NO CALL/NO SHOW to your appointment you must then pay in full the procedure price in order to book with us again. If you reschedule or cancel more then 3 times you will no longer be able to book with us. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. All requests for rescheduling must be done so prior to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment without forfeiting your deposit. Deposits can be transferred to a new date ONE TIME if 48 hours advanced notice was given, if not, you will be required to secure a new deposit in order to book a new appointment. All sales are final and Non-Refundable.
